Do I reroll skins?

So I currently have 5 skin shards, I think, and they're all legacy. Well it's 4 skin shards and 1 skin permanent. The shards ones are Festive Maokai, Poro Rider Sejuani, Snowmerdinger and Traditional Sejuani. The skin permanent one is Tribal Ryze. So... I don't own Ryze nor Maokai. I've tried playing ryze and i don't like him, so I'm either going to disenchant that skin or reroll it. Maokai is good but I don't plan on buying him, so he's probably going too. Now I wonder...which one do I pick (if I should pick any) of the remaining 3 to reroll. If you think I'm not supposed to reroll them, I will then disenchant the maokai and ryze ones because I'm in need of orange essence, but if you think what i should reroll them, then please tell me which ones do i go for.
