Lengthen the time the last person to pick in draft has to select their runes

I just feel like 30 seconds are not enough time, considering you often pick based on what's been picked just seconds earlier. (am I the only one?) Often I'm really stressed about my runes when I'm the last to pick, or even when I'm second to last, because some people pick after a few seconds. I can't possibly get my runes done, select my skin and a matching ward skin (yes, some people care about that) in thirty seconds.

My suggestion is to expand those 30 seconds by perhaps another 15 seconds.
