You mean like removing a solid chunk of damage from Q and slapping a mana cost on his ultimate?

Giving a champ some guaranteed weakness besides asking his enemies to wait for him to screw himself over every match is cool.
But again, Riot likes nerfing some, and avoid doing the same on others for whatever reason.
