This isn't really new, Anivia's been an off-meta support pick for a while now.
This concept is not new. Vayne is her preferred ADC.
Why you call that support? You started with

. Do you even know what support means? Do you know what's the role of a support?
If you have anivia as a support, I would definitely have her build tanky. She is so slow that if the enemy adc catches her out she is toast. I know that sounds stupid and makes her E useless, but the idea of an anivia support just sounds stupid to me, honestly.
