Disable REWORKED OR NEW CHAMPIONS FOR AT LEAST A WEEK BEFORE THEY ARE PLAYED IN RANKED

It is quite frustrating to play with players who have "mained" a champ in one day and know what they are doing, especially in bronze , silver and gold. please just disable reworked champs and new champs in ranked for a week. its unfair to other players who want to climb the ladder. its already hard to begin with, with all the trolls and what not. just disable them in ranked. its fine if they are played in normals. This suggestion has come about with people playing reworked warwick literally on the same DAY he came out in ranked.
