Volibear buff is a complete joke and a farce

So now his R attacks 8 enemies nstead of 4 enemies.

So why ? Do I now farm with ultimate????? Rito pls fire ur balancing employees, its a farce! What does this bring me? I call this even a nerf, whats the buff supposed to do? Yea nothing!
