ASHE+IE Passive==?
passive boosts CC from 200%>250% however now that Ashe's CC multiplier is 1.10 what happens to this passive?
Also; can the CC bonus damage go over 100%?.
Lastly; now WTF do I use to build her now? And Runes too?...

IE will increase the bonus damage from her crit chance multiplier by 50%. So, if you have an IE, your autoattacks will do 47.5% more damage. We get this from the 25% bonus damage from crit chance, multiplied by 1.5 from the IE multiplier (37.5%), plus the 0.1 bonus damage that gets added on independent of the crit damage (47.5%).
Build her like you would build any standard ADC. This passive should not influence your item choices, because it does not raise or lower your dps. Your standard build should still be IE, PD or SS, BT or BotRK, LW, and a fifth item of your choice. Runes should also be standard. AD marks and AD or AS quints will serve nicely.

I don't understand this question. She gets damage from her crit chance and crit damage modifiers. She can still only get 100% crit. Is that what you are asking?
The wiki says that her CC bonus damage is her Critical strike, and she can't crit otherwise.
10 + (%Critical Strike Chance × (1 + Bonus Criticial Strike Damage)) % AD
If you have IE and 100% crit, it would be 10+(100*(1.5)) %AD which is 160% AD to every shot one her enemy is frosted.
Ironic, She went from doing damage only on the first hit, to doing damage on every hit after the first.
her passive works like this: 110% (+ (critchance * (1 + critdamage))) if you build 100% crit chance with what would normally be 250% crit damage you would get 110% (+ (100 * (1 + (2.5 - 2)))) 110% (+ (100 * 1.5)) 110% (+ 150) 260% if you had 5% crit damage from runes on top of that 265%
crit chance is still maxed at 100 though
IE, Botrk, Runaans or pd, BC
