So, where are the Ezreal small adjustements that Repertoir said they will make?

We all know Ezreal's not the best ADC in this meta:

• Trinity Force has been nerfed, as it has less AD, no AP, less attack speed and less movement speed, for a tiny tiny 10% crit AND 10% CDR. "ye but 40% cdr with essence rea-" Not anymore (see below)

• Essence Reaver now scaling off crits. Ezreal doesn't scale well with crits. He's often built with more raw AD, as his Q poke is really powerful and doesn't crit at all. That's why you'll see more blue build as it empowers his Qs and still give him quite decent damage on his AAs. Plus, the ER + TF combo has been nerfed to only giving 30% CDR, so he needs another item to reach the CDR cap.

• He still has a fucking useless W when going AD. Come on now.

• Even his blue build path has been nerfed. Ionian only gives 10% CDR, Manamune's price has been increased, BoTRK's on-hit damage has been nerfed AND its cost was increased, plus Last Whisper now only works on BONUS armor, so his Q poke is way less powerful against low armor targets and Iceborn's AP has been removed.

• EVEN FUCKING AP EZREAL HAS BEEN NERFED. AP items are fucking expensive now, Sheen no longer gives AP, mana potions have been removed, half of his Q still deals physical damage and MR items were buffed. At least, he got another .5 second cooldown refund on-hit for his W and R as the cooldowns weren't changed at all, he can hit the 45% CDR which is a bit nice and Lich Bane now gives CDR (still is a terrible rush tho). Even though, he's still sitting at a 44.5% winrate.

• Buffs to all his counters. Miss Fortune chunks 30% of your HP per Q and her ult is even more bullshit now, Graves explodes anyway who gets in his range, Caitlyn's Base AD buffs means she's even more annoying than before and she can have 1300 range. Even the champions he used to counter can dominate him, as Lucian benefits so greatly from the new items it's really stupid, and Corki's R hits as hard as Ezreal's Qs.

• Fervor of Battle is getting nerfed, as he doesn't gain stacks on minions with his soells anymore and he only gains stacks from hitting his spells on champions.

So Riot, I'll ask you again. Where are the small adjustements that you were planning to make for Ezreal?
