Corki is trash and could use some buffs to be made meta/viable again...

As someone who plays frequently and play him a lot in Ranked; I feel like he is incredibly weak and could use some buffs to be made meta/viable again - especially since assassins are becoming more frequent and are 's main counter.

W: Valkyrie/Special Delivery

Special Delivery's fire trail now remains for 10 seconds instead of 5 seconds
