@Riot - Any changes coming for ezreal?

Hey @Riot, i was wondering if the some changes were coming for Ezrael ? He seem rather weak since the crits buffs and he's sitting under 46% winrate with corki and urgot.

I know he has a high skillfloor and a high playrate but still... even the best players dont seem to perform well according to this website; [(http://lolalytics.com/champions/) ]

Maybe buff Manamune to charge faster or give half the passive of Muranana from the start? Another option would be to make q crit with a very small multiplier like 125% instead of the classic 200%?
