Make it so we can move Ornn's "Forge" quick selection anywhere on the screen.

Since I put Aftershock on Ornn, it's difficult to see its cooldown when the Forge Quick Selection is covering it. If we are able to move the quick selection, like moving the chat box, it may be easier to see the cooldowns or durations currently on ornn on the top right of his health/mana/skill bar.
