I played with one of the worst lux i've ever seen

She missed nearly all her snares, farmed almost completely spamming mana and her ult barely hit anyone. Yet he/she was still hard to kill because of her range and how disgustingly safe it is to play lux. Should she not be punished ? for this? all her spells are beyond the danger zone she can probably be played from behind the tower and pick up enough assists / kills to get a full build. I feel my team mate should have fed that round he/she was terrible and should have not gotten away with it. Yes i'm actually complaining about my team mate not feeding for playing soo bad
