Zac's New Ultimate Frustration

Has anyone noticed that enemy champions hit by another knock up while currently affected by Zac's new ultimate will stop being displaced at the location of the other knock up? Is the new ult supposed to interact poorly with your teams knock ups? I feel like it should make enemies immune to CC until they arrive at the thrown location.
