When does voli get his season 6 reward

The thunderbear has been the most consistent high win rate jungler for the longest time this season in ranked. And I know usually when a champ shows that they are top tier outliers they will get the reward of balance team attention next patch, but this guy has gone this whole season so far without that reward and has remained consistant.
