Annie ult tweaks idea. Riot better read this.

So...in League of Legends there are many different champions with mechanics unique to the game. There are champions with abillities that make every match different to the rest. Most champions have some weaknesses too, so that enemies can outplay them, but there are some that don't have any counter play. Such a champion in my opinion is Annie, who has easy wave clear, high butst damage, that can be spammed again and again. All of her abiliities are either point-click or instant cast AoE, while even having a defensive abillity. Not only that, but her passive is really strong too. Annie also has a pretty long auto attack range. She has the potential of stunning the entire enemy team, while they can do almost nothing to counter that. Almost no champion can out-burst her (except for probably Veigar). Only champions that out-range her theoretically counter her (Vel'Koz, Xerath, etc.). The only thing she lacks is an escape but in my opinion she doesn't really need it since she can easily handle most 1v2 situations. So here's what i think Riot should do about her: The most f*cked up thing about her is that her ult is an instant cast, high damage, AoE, potential stun abillity that also summons a monster that can body block turret shots and abillities, while also being able to attack and does damage around itself and can get a speed boost and a defense when Annie uses Molten Shield. What Riot can do about this is the Veigar treatment - make a 0.25 (or so) delay before Annie casts Summon: Tibbers. In those 0.25 seconds there can be a small animation like: "Annie creates a summoning seal on a ground target location and throws her plush toy (0.25 sec.), summoning the demon trapped in the toy...". Also just an idea, but you can make Annie loose her toy while Tibbers is on cooldown and while Summon: Tibbers is activated; the you should appear in Annie's hand when Summon: Tibbers is ready to cast.

Riot's opinion on the matter:

{quoted}

I don't necessarily speak for the whole balance team or anything like that, but to me, Annie's ult feels somewhat like a double-edged sword as far as game health goes. On the one hand, an instant AoE stun is pretty frustrating to play against. On the other, the reliability Annie brings helps keep things like mobility creep in check.

there is actually already a .25 second delay. (the animation doesn't give you much warning though) you'd want something more along the lines of a .75 second delay for it to be within the realm of general player reaction time

this has been suggested at least 200 times though. most people say to just have her toss it in the air like in the Twist Of Fate cinematic
