New Dragon Mechanics
I'm sure there's some who are fans of the RNG elemental dragons but pretty sure most dont like it. The benefits are so imbalanced that some are worth diving and dying for yet others arent even worth trying for
In addition, some champs get a massive benefit from some while others have very little impact. Some games dragon spawns can totally screw over a team (especially in series) by the enemy getting something like triple infernal or mountain, while in the next game while winning they get triple cloud. It's way too much power at the mercy of RNG
Furthermore, the current dragon buffs are PERMANENT, whereas even something like baron buff is temporary and even elder dragon's is temporary, so why should the basic elemental dragons' buffs be so powerful?
SOLUTION
How about instead of a random buff spawning which permanently adds to the snowball, all dragon spawns are the same but you receive a token to purchase an elixir.
Almost no one is buying elixirs early or mid game because they're saving gold for their core items, but if you get this temporary boost in power of your choice for free after taking dragon, it will have a much more meaningful and tactical impact.
Every champ can choose what buff they want whether elixir of iron for tanks, AP for mages or AD for marksmen etc for a TEMPORARY power spike mid and early game which is significant, and they can also choose when to use this elixir for another level of controlled tactical advantage.
IE - expect teamfight coming up - they can all pop the elixir for a benefit, or if they need some more pressure in laning one lane's champs can use it while others save for a more beneficial time.
Elder Dragon buff would remain the same. I think that's in a good place right now to give additional buffs per dragon kill so its a good extra reward for taking early dragons
