A way to make Warlords viable for more people while not breaking it on those who use it now
If you made it a "heal for % of damage done" mechanic like hextech vs life steal, it would function almost identically on ADs as far as I can see, while allowing mages to utilize it as well. Spell vamp sustain is a joke unless you're one of a handful of champions, so why not add a sustainability option for casters?
If you gave it 100% effect on monsters you might even see some strange new jungle options emerge. :D
