Why I think this patch is in a really stupid possision.

I think this patch is in a really bad position is health regen and full health builds. The health regen issue had been a problem in my eyes since season 5 when people started building full health builds that do a crap ton of damage. Some champs that can really be an issue with these kind of builds are champs like Mundo, Swain, Garen, Voli, Vlad, Galio, and Soraka. These champs are not only some of the champs with the highest win rates, but also some of the most banned champions also. It really boggles my mind how the staff at riot look at League in its current position and say that the game they have created is completely balanced for all champs. I know with the riot team is adding new stuff to the game and making it a more interesting game every time a new patch comes out, but I feel these kinds of issues have been complained about a lot in recent days and still is an issue Riot hasn't addressed.
