Ranked need way to long to find a game

I have an idea for shorten the time to wait for a ranked game. just dont let people in solo queue the option to start matchmaking with mid/top because many just dont want to play a none carry role or duo lane.when they can`t pick mid/top they will be forced for an other role and the time for matchmaking will shorten
