Swain is now a useless champ

You damage in small you cant just run in middle of fight anymore because you healing is so small now. Making your ult useless. your W is useless as well because its so slow to go off (this was said loads and loads of time on the pbe and was ignored)

There are champ that you vs can just one shot you

Adc can just one shot you

and then people can just buy loads of mr items and then your damage in even smaller also AD champs have making it even less posable to 1 v 1 anyone

Yet all AP champs have is that gives you a little bit of health back when you use an abilitie.

Yet I thought that reworks were meant to make them more viable after there rework not just useless

Also you have tanks ect who can build tanky and still do loads of damage

and to top it all of you have ones that can go tanky and buld damage at same time so you damage is little on them to

People may not agree as they dont like him as a champ but that how he feels.

Ithink if his W was sorted so it was a bit fast and AP got a proper rework.

I do feel people think AP is fine because they see does loads of damage but that because he has a lot build in damage not because of the AP items.
