I don't usually comment on post's like these... but I don't even understand what you're thinking. I have 
level 3? I think, just from picking her off and on, because I can tell you think everyone arguing with you is an Ahri one trick pony. But in reality, you started an entire board that has no meaning. You found a single statistic and made it into an Ahri trash talk post with no other meaning. Everyone isn't just defending their favourite champion, they're arguing your ridiculous outbreak, that will literally get you no where.
Honestly, it sounds like you just got pub stomped by a couple Ahri's and needed a way to vent.

She had 54%+ win rate for 3 years?
Riot's trying to shift her power around so she isn't as safe, which means more potential can go into her damage, which means she's gonna be a more aggressive pick, as opposed to a farm and never die and maybe do something pick.
You know that's a good thing right? If you think it's just blatant buffs you haven't really seen how many PBE iterations they've gone through to make sure they get it just right.
Um I think they're trying to adjust, not buff her. If I read correctly they said they're almost happy with where she's at, but just refining the strengths and weaknesses of her.

Not really a full on buff to ...it's just moving power around, making her have stronger burst but removing her have less safety. Honestly, a lot of people should be happy about those changes. People have been complaining about her movement speed boost on her Q for a while now and now they're removing it.
They were looking into the changes long before her winrate changed like that.
And as someone who plays Ahri, I play the champ because the kit is fun, not because she's designed to be "sexy" in some peoples eyes, and not because she's OP. So keep your garbage generalizations to yourself.
That blanket of preferential treatment and (unused) freelo sure looks good compared to your blanket of salt and arrogance.
