Enemy team vs My team

So,the past few days i was queuing with a friend playing bot premade constantly. We were doing good in all of the matches but in a fair share of them we were being ganked by the whole enemy team 10 minutes in.This happened in like at least 5 games played in the same day and i don't understand where all this coordination comes from. My problem here is that i never get that degree of coordination in my own team. When we got ganked 3 times in 10 minutes by 2 players , mid and jungler , no ss at all + the flame because one of us died in this clusterfuck. The jungler instead of helping us when we nicely asked him too called us noobs and told everyone to report us . Keep in mind more than 10 minutes passed
with the whole enemy team on our lane at least 3 times while our jungler did nothing because ,, red was more important ,, . I was just wandering what the hell is going on with the mm. I get people that flame me and my friend for wanting help , meanwhile the enemy adcs get all the support they would ever want from their team. What exactly did i do wrong in this situation and if someone could clarify that would be great.

also on another topic , i saw all these jungler bashing posts with people writing them getting alot of hate because ,, a jungler isn't supposed to win your lane,,. Guys, sometimes the junglers are complete assholes refusing to gank for no reason at all, those people deserve the hate as they are flaming everyone and only ganking their premade or just top because apparently it's easier , ask more questions before defending a moron.
