@Riot Why the hell am I force to play with duo in my Promo game?

I don't want to be place in a team where we have one trash who needs a friend to elo boost him. It's already hard enough flipping a coin in this crap promo system for rank but having to play with duo who clearly needs a friend to hold his hand is more annoying when it is clear he doesn't belong in the match.

Heck why the F*CK is anyone even suppose to play with duo in their promo game where they are trying to actually climb? I climb on my on with my own skills and I don't want to be held back because some guy think he can carry his package friend to elo boost up a rank that he does not belong in.

This is my promo and I fken expect that I play with people my elo not being place with low plat tier because enemy has golds on their team to balance the damn match making.
