mundos winrate, p/b rate only goes up as you go up in elo statistic

yes please tell me more how to counter dr mundo when people in diamond cant deal with him but bronze can. Obviously his win rate being low in bronze implies bronze are good against him and nothing to do with them not playing him properly. #nerfmundo
