Discuss and debate: kennen and ad scaling

Hey guys, ive seen a lot of community disagreement on whether adc kennen is anymore thab a troll pick, and i was thinking, "should he have more ad scaling in his kit"

Now my argument would be something like 10% per ult tick, 50% on his e and 25% on his q

Of course thats supwr lazy ballpark numbers, but the idea is that since ad kennen is played so often that maybe the playstyle should be factored in to his kit, in a way that wpuld not affect ap kennen much and would not create some sort of hybrid dgaf monster who finds synergy with every item in the game and can lazily pick from all ad/ap items
