Xerath buff plz

For the longest time other mages such as cass ahri and brand hav been getting changed but xerath has yet to be his touched its sad wen a9-0 xerath gets 1 hit by a 0-2 Quinn even after hitting his whole combo she lives with 1 hp and auto him to death I think his W dmg should triple in the center like fizzs his E should stun longer for close range targets rather than long and his passive should be changed hes really a joke compared to other mages and I love him...but hes unplayable plz change him
