Question about swapping roles and Champion Mastery

So we all know some time ago riot change the way champion mastery is calculated for support, so it puts less emphasis on kills and cs and more on assists and warding.

With the introduction of autofill at all elos i find myself swapping top or jung for a player who was autofilled as support who would really really rather not. If adc doesn't mind my nunu supp I don't mind swapping

which brings us to my question will the game still be calculating my mastery as jung/top and will our top/jung be graded as support?

Doesnt affect me too much as i play 90% nunu just curious
