New homeguard needs rethinking.

I can't stress enough how this will under impact the game and over impact it. I get homeguard pre 20 on many champions because it is extremely effective for certain champions even though 450 is a lot of gold. Champion Ex's: Udyr and Twisted Fate. by removing homeguard pre 20 I lose half of all my potential power to help lanes with Twisted Fate and Udyr. This not only impacts my early game, but this destroys late game. The amount of champions and players that can and are going to abuse homeguard along with another boot type is going to be unrealistic. Junglers and other lanes are going to be going teleport almost all the time. The advantage of being able to teleport from base and get a homeguard boost on gank on every single champion that has teleport is going to literally break the game. This is also going to make solo que near impossible. Duo partners are going to get strong mid game synergizing champions with teleport and they are going to dual teleport and destroy any lane. This is me speaking as if they aren't fed or underfed but have a good cs count by 20 minutes, if they are fed then it's just not fair. This is going to break the game. Please rethink this Riot.
