no team work on a team base game unless your with friends

ive seen that when i play solo with no friends i lose most the time cuz i cant communicate with my team fast nor well enough to make a plan or help.......and not everyone look the chat unless some one spams quick command that dont say i need help theres a gank or this guy is low, or there pushing mid........and most the people i go against have a pt or a friend to help them so they can plan moves ahead faster with out standing still to type...... i ask if we can get a mic option for random party so that the people you join can talk, and u can make them agree to a tearms or something or just accept that some people are asses, but i thing this will help newer players get advice wile in game from there team fast, and it might make people more friendly towards one another. on top of making it less stress full when your trying to do something and dont have the time to type to the person screwing up how to fix their bilds......please add a voice chat for random quing......not everyone plays in party.......and also sucks when you go vs someone whos gold and your not even ranked......nice match up right?
