New Rageblade passive opens up new builds, but...

Not really sure if the new passive should be on , but I had fun with it on AP . The hybrid pen really helped the viability of an AP build on her.

I used Was quite fun snowballing with this.

Should the hybrid pen stay on this item? Or should they think about making a different kind of item for hybrid pen? Mainly wondering because & feel stronger to me. Most likely due to the pen stats they usually wouldn't build. Thoughts?
