Increase Picking time in Draft Mode Games

Okay, here's the story, I was in a champion select with my friend at the last second he told me to play fucking Riven and swap lanes with him. And even though I pressed lock in at 1 second, but then it just went to lobby. I'm pissed b/c of that, I'm also pissed to see 5 min jump to 30 min. >~ "Someone took my car radio, and now I sit in silence."
