Can you pls make a "Hold Camera Lock"-key now that you changed "Center Camera on Champions"

Hi there, like the title says, pls give us a "Hold Camera Lock"-key. I never played League with locked camera. I always kept Spacebar pressed instead and when I needed to see other things going on on the map, I just stopped pressing it. In my settings i have the camera semi-locked, because I can see more than with fixed-offset-cam. Now after latest patch, spacebar always centers my champ ,instead of just lock my camera into semi-locked. Many people were complaining about that when you have your Cam locked, the spacebar did nothing. I agree with that. But could you at least give us a "Hold Camera Lock"button just like the "Toggle Camera Lock"?? I mean like, people who were complaining could easily switch the spacebar and F1 hotkey before patch, cause F1 is doing the exact same thing now as spacebar. I cant really do pretty much now.
