The direction is fine but you overdid it. I am a malz main, but you literally made pre-rework malz still WITH THE BARRIER PASSIVE DANGIT. I know that malz sort of needs it in this meta to safely ult. And cdr in midlane has become so over the top it is rather meaningless in laning phase. But he literally now has the strongest shield and the strongest sword (1.15 apratio with % damage AOE dot!? That is NUTS velkoz class damage we are talking here).

...like come on. The shield needs to be reworked into something more interactive.
