Did they ninja Buff Malphites damage this patch?

I know he got a small update/rework thing but after going full armor malphite in a few games (normally I went full ap and never went tank) i'm constantly have one of the highest if not the highest damage dealt in the game.

I don't even think as full ap I ever got this much damage and the only new ability is his W which is just on autos.
