Twisted Tree Line towers not shooting

Just played a ranked game in twisted Tree line, and i was against a corki. So every time i left lane corki would just walk up to my tower and auto attack the tower when he had NO MINIONS under my tower, and the tower LITERALLY WOULD NOT ATTACK CORKI. Corki is literally the only target, he is AUTO ATTACKING the tower, and the tower is not attacking him??? Corki DID NOT buy a rapid fire cannon the whole game. This only seemed to happen on the first tier towers on the twisted tree line, but how can Corki attack the tower with no minions and not get shot at by the tower????? Either way the first tier towers on twisted tree line really need their AI updated if they cant hit an enemy champion attacking the tower with no minions, and does not have the one item in the game that increase auto attack range
