Why doesnt Statikk Shiv have a more defined niche??

is probably the biggest problem atm with how ADCs patch up their mid game (which is supposed to be weak) and leads to ADCs being good for the entirety of the game.

Statikk doesnt really have a niche, it is very cheap (2600g for an end game item) and successfully bandages up certain areas that most ADCs tend to fall short in. Even with its recent nerf to end game damage and the removal of bonus damage against minions, Statikk will remain a standby for nearly all ADCs, especially with how strong it meshes with fleet footwork and RFC. Is it meant for waveclear? Poke? Burst damage? It completely outclasses the other ADC waveclear item and the AP waveclear item ( ) doesnt even compare to it.

Since its passive damage can crit, it can be used to burst 1 person in a 1v1, or it can used to deal a ton of damage if the target is surrounded by their allies.

was just nerfed, but what it really needs is a definitive niche for when ADCs would want to get it, similar to or rather than just being an item that removes their weak points and is always a must buy.
