What should I get - Wukong, Blitzcrank or Tahm Kench

Okay, so I received the following three champions from chests:

Blitzcrank : If disenchanted, you will receive +263 blue essence. To upgrade to permanent I will lose -490 blue essence
Tahm Kench : If disenchanted, you will receive +325 blue essence. To upgrade to permanent I will lose -675 blue essence
Wukong : If disenchanted, you will receive +293 blue essence. To upgrade to permanent I will lose -580 blue essence

I currently have 196 blue essence but I want to have at least one of them!

Time for some math! (if any information are false, please correct me)

If Blitzcrank is sold i will have 459 blue essence. If Tahm Kench is sold I will have 521 blue essence. If Wukong is sold I will have 489 blue essence.

WHAT SHOULD I DO???

Reroll them into a permanent and leave it to fate

Unfortunately, I can't look you up in-client since we're on different servers, but I'd recommend Tahm Kench if you play Support. If you're able to git gud at him, your ADC will literally never die

Source: Got Tahm Kench to Mastery 5 and mained him for two months after he came out.

He is the newest champion, so he is the most expensive IP wise. His price will likely not drop for a long time because he is so new. With Blitz and WuKong they may drop sooner. He is a very niche pick that can be fun for some players. He can tank annoyingly or do damage. You can take him support, sometimes top or jg.

But if you just want to do Blitz grabs then of course go Blitz or something. But you can get IP for Blitz in a few weeks of IP. TK takes longer to unlock.

If you're low elo, Blitz is an absolutely insanely powerful support pick, so long as you learn how to hook well and who NOT to hook. Like that full build Amumu right into your entire team.

Kench hasn't been in a good/great position for a fairly long time after his mini-rework, so I wouldn't recommend him, but Blitz can be very consistent until gold at the very least once you get him down. Especially thanks to the coin rework making it very easy to predict where coin users will try to go so that you can hook a stupidly squishy support right to you in the laning phase.

Finally, Relic shield line got buffed big time and as such is very worth it, especially in low elo where your ADC likely is absolute dogshit at CSing. You can ensure a cannon and melee minion getting to you and them every time if you don't waste your charges, and it even has a further buff making relic shield execute attacks have an extra 150 range which makes it even better and easier to use.
