not a single one of those champions is a tank. theyre either melee carries, bruisers and even a ranged adc.
as far as rageblade itself goes, its not the actual reason tanky on-hit builds are so strong this season. the item itself is a dedicated offensive item and merely gives a lot of attack speed and ad/ap scaling on hit damage. which means it scales better in a purely offensive build.
the real offender is fervor of battle, which grants item Independent 112 physical on hit damage by lategame. meaning even if you build very tanky, fervor will always add a shitload of damage to your auto attacks.
for comparison, rageblades base on hit damage is just 20
its actually not a lot more powerful than, lets say wits end which already adds 40 and reduces your mr with each hit.
rageblade does synergize with this tanky build, but only because of the attack speed it adds to fervors damage. without fervor, rageblade alone wouldnt be nearly as strong in a tanky build.
i think the easiest fix would be to have fervor actually scale with offensive stats. like a % of your total ad.
