anyone else having extremely long que times in normal draft?

Queues are expected to be longer due to the Team Builder style searching for your preferred roles. If your queue is too long the only way to really shorten it is to pick more in-demand roles, or pick "fill".

I just got out of a 20 min que, so yeah...
