Who thought making missions for ranked was a good idea?

This is one of the most dumb decisions I've ever seen with these missions so far since it forces you to try ranked out. This is bad for multiple reasons:

1. I DON' WANT TO PLAY FUCKING RANKED - especially with how this season is now starting off with damage and certain OP champs like running around. Every match I just expect to lose, simply just in champ select because, oh look at that, someone on both teams banned the same champ, leaving the OP broken ones at the moment wide open for grabs.

2. It's forcing players into this when we're well aware that the state of the game right now is just utter shit. Games are literally decided by who wins bot lane, snowballing with first blood and First tower is still a thing, and junglers have of the time in my last few games do nothing but gank bot and push out the tower in under 10 minutes. Top lane is still just a complete stranded island where even if you did good, unless you're a split pusher, you don't contribute to how the game turns out.

3. Matchmaking and ranking up for this still feels horrible. People have been complaining about this for as long as I can remember. Silvers facing against platinums, bronze against diamonds, you've seen this at least once on the boards. And going up a level or division still feels like a panic attack since you have to win a best 2 out of 3 or 3 out of 5, relying on teammates that either know what they're doing, don't feed or fuck up, or know what champs to win in champ select. It's putting a lot of faith in your team and hoping that matchmaking won't put you up against players 2 tiers higher up than you if you go on a win streak.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm only doing the placement matches, which knowing that I only went to S5 last season because I wasn't motivated to play ranked I'm fairly certain I'm going to get Bronze something, because I just want that stupid XP, which Riot specifically placed there because they know the player base isn't going to want to play ranked in this shit. Damage is through the roof, certain champs are just not fun to play against, whether OP at the moment or just annoying in general .

I don't want missions to be tied to a mode that I don't want to play!
