Can the new runes have some adjustments based on champions?

When key stones were created the idea was to give meaningful different options to be picked depending of the situation.

As a main soraka player I was happy when you created something called W. blessing. But then, having in mind that this keystone existed you nerfed soraka heals over and over to adjust to the new keystone, brute forcing us on picking that keystone as otherwise we would have a meaningless heal.

In my opinion I don't see why soraka couldn't have a stronger thunderlord in this example. Her other keystone options could be adjusted so all options would feel meaningful.

The bottom line is: can champions have different keystone balancement to help securing that at least 2 other viable options exist on each set?

Do you agree that if you add a keystone that provide an extra shield to an ally, Janna start using it and you Nerf Janna shield because of that you are dooming Janna to use this keystone forever because otherwise she would be weak?

I really didn't like some of the options you guys released. Don't get me wrong they were awesome. But honestly, why would I ever consider to pick 2% spell vamp per assistance if there is another rune in the same set that give movement speed out of combat? It's clear every support would pick the same rune what beats the purpose of runes to exist.

Can we have sets that have all options desirable to a certain champion?

Supports could have different rune options! (maybe could be something inspired in hots)

Thank you!
