Does anyone else think its annoying that kayn has to wait 4 minutes for his alternative form?

Theres nothing like ganking a melee champ and then being forced to wait a whole 4 minutes to get shadow assassin, or vice versa. I've had games where I intentionally didn't go through with an easy gank just because I wanted a specific form and didn't want to get stuck playing crappy basekayn for 4 mins. Both forms have very different uses and playstyles that attract different players. Honestly, even the whole unlocking based on damage thing is kind of silly to me, i'd prefer if it was just unlocked at level 9 or 11 or something.
