Matchmaking

Tell me the match making system works when in a game I just played no one on my team had over 321 wins except me, and the enemy team had 324, 341, 656, 737, and 1.4k. Idk how to fix it honestly, but this just seems screwed up. Also, in my friends promos for their first time ever playing ranked, putting them up against Plat and Gold players seems a bit unfair. Once again, I don't know how to fix it and I don't want to be a hypocrite, but I feel like this needs work.
