Most of my time spent nowadays is waiting for que, picking the champion and repeating the process

I wait so long to get into champion select then someone dodges last second, I wait another 4 minutes and we do it all over again. Sometimes it takes about 25 minutes... At that point I stop playing. It's hard to get in 4 games a day. Most of my games are stomps though because I keep getting put with diamonds and I'm just a filthy unranked pleb.
