if you get a player who says he highly prefer top and you let him top and he feeds and flames the jungler the entire game while bottom and jungle are just plain feeding you should get some kind of compensation. yes i know this is a team game but still i hate having a complete troll team where im forced to carry every game and this would be of higher gratitude.

i would love to see this, yes this will make support a less prioritized pick but we should count every assist they make as a kill. and at the end of the game the losing and winning team can vote on who was the best on the enemy team and vote on who was the most team focus player which will add to who loses 0 Lp in ranked and if you duo q you and your partner count as one vote.

In my opinion this will make league a much more fun of a gamae and hope to see constructive criticism in comments.
