Forfeit with AFK

League needs a unique /ff for if it is because of an afk team member.

If a team has had an AFK member for longer than 5 minutes (and after 15 minutes), Then they get an option to FF with afk (/ff afk) where If all 4 agree, the game ends and the winners win half the expected LP, and the loser lose only half of the amount. Anyone premade with said AFk player lose the normal amount. The AFK player loses twice the amount, and has a short ban from queue (2-3 hours or so).
