starting to wonder if the balance team even so much as looks at the game

mainly the TP mess, they decide to buff ignite making heal bot pretty much useless, so people start taking TP bot, not because its op hell it needs buffs, but because its the only good option you left them but instead of y'know maybe making heal negate ignites healing debuff or just reverting ignite they decide to nerf a spell thats already in a kinda bad place. cant wait to see ignite abusing top laners like panth becoming the meta and push tanks even farther into their hole
