Idea about Hail of Blades

Riot have you ever tested 500% to 5000% attack speed based on champ level?

What I am trying to say is maybe you should just rework the keystone to be more interesting and more desirable.

Instead massively increase the numbers why not for instance give it Resets on takedown? You could do that on Dark Harvest but when it comes to attack speed hell no! (?)

Or maybe how about marge Hail of Blades and Press the Attack since PtA gives you the resets you want so essentially Hail of Blades becomes Precision keystone?
