QOL: Can we please allow Warwick too Quick Cast his new Q?

It feels insane clunky to use and in 99% of situations using the tiny dash to get behind them isn't worth it since it adds a full extra second of time to the cast. Makes it very frustrating to use as someone who uses quick cast for every ability. (Whiich i imagine most people use)

Leads to me dying in a bunch of trades because the Q rarely goes off.
