Can Riot fuckin change the remake system?

Like seriously, last match I got a top riven who joined and went straight back to afk mode which did not allow my team to remake-vote.

You can't remake when a player joins previously then dodges or dcs, and I don't see a gud fuckin reason behind this. Riot doesn't seem to even prevent loss of this kind of game. It is sad that this issue happens a lot.
